Returns Policy

At BioSource Botanicals, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tampered with for safety and quality reasons.
• Receipt or Proof of Purchase: An order number is required to process your return and the name the order was placed under.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used items
• Sale Items
• Gift cards

3. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Use the contact form or send an email and send us your order number and reason for return to initiate the return process.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at christine@biosourcebotanicals.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receipt. We will request photos of the damaged item for verification as well as the original packaging. We will work with you to ensure a quick resolution.
