Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
• Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

• We use FedEx One Rate shipping: Shipping is Free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $15 for a Small box, $19 for a Medium box and $25 for a Large box. 
• Expedited Shipping:  Overnight is by request and has additional cost.
• International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States

3. Shipping Restrictions

• State Restrictions: Due to regulations, we do not ship overseas.
• Product Restrictions: Some products may have additional restrictions based on federal or state laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has processed, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package’s journey. If your tracking information indicates delivery but you have not received it, please reach out to our customer support within 3 days for assistance.

5. Delivery Issues

• Delayed or Lost Packages: While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist. We are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
• Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. FedEx will not deliver to a PO box so please provide a physical address.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

• P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FBO boxes.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or work with you to resolve the issue.
